Forget the bottled stuff—this homemade Caesar dressing is in a class of its own. It’s creamy, zesty, and full of flavor, but so simple to make you’ll wonder why you didn’t start making it from scratch sooner.

Caesar Dressing
Instructions
- Place all the caesar dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes. 
- Place the lettuce (2 heads) into a large bowl and toss with the dressing. - You may not need all of the dressing for this salad. Use only as much as you prefer as some people like their salads more lightly dressed than others. 
- Lay the dressed lettuce on a serving platter or salad bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan (½ cup), croutons (1 cup), and black pepper ( to taste).
