Forget the store-bought bags—this Dark Chocolate Mocha Granola is rich, crunchy, and full of flavor you can actually taste. A swirl of coffee and dark chocolate cocoa makes it a step up from ordinary, and you’ll want to keep a jar on the counter all week.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F. In a large bowl mix the oats (2 cups), bran flakes (1 cup), shredded coconut (1 cup), slivered almonds (½ cup), cinnamon (½ tsp), salt (½ tsp), flour (⅓ cup), sugar (½ cup), cocoa powder (½ cup), and flaxseed meal (½ cup). 
- In a medium sized saucepan, add the maple syrup (⅓ cup), coffee (¼ cup), oil (⅓ cup), and vanilla (1 tsp). Cook over medium heat until just beginning to simmer, 5-7 minutes. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. 
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Stir in chocolate chips.
