Bright and fragrant, this simple Gremolata adds a burst of flavor to rich winter dishes. Made with fresh parsley, lemon zest, and garlic, it’s the perfect finishing touch for roasted meats, vegetables, or soups.
A little goes a long way — just a spoonful adds freshness and balance to hearty holiday meals, making it a pantry essential for any home cook during the colder months.
1. Mix parsley (½ cup), lemon zest (1 lemon), and garlic (1 clove) in a small bowl.
2. Add salt (1 pinch) to taste (tiny pinch — it should taste fresh, not salty).
