This Mango Guacamole is a fun twist on a classic recipe! Creamy avocado meets sweet, juicy mango for a dip that’s both vibrant and satisfying. The combination of flavors makes it perfect as a side for tacos, a topping for grilled meats, or a simple appetizer with chips.

  1. Cut avocado (4 small) in half, remove seed, and scoop the flesh into a medium sized mixing bow.

  2. Add the lime juice (2 small) and smash the avocados with a fork or a potato masher until smashed, but still chunky.

  3. Stir in the Serrano pepper (1), garlic (2 cloves), mango (1), cilantro (½ bunch) and salt to taste.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
