Instructions
- In a medium sized pot, add cheese (16 oz) and just enough milk (1–2 cups) to reach your preferred consistency. 
- Add green chiles (1 4-oz can), mix to combine. 
- Once the cheese is completely melted, pour queso into serving bowl. 
- Top with cojita cheese (¼ cup) and drizzle with hot sauce (2 Tbsp).
