This dish surprised us. Roasted cabbage doesn’t sound exciting, but it turns into something really beautiful in the oven—caramelized edges, tender centers, and that irresistible drizzle of balsamic reduction over the top. It’s affordable, unfussy, and looks stunning on a platter. The kind of side that proves simple ingredients, treated with care, can steal the show.
