Instructions
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic, and tahini. Process until the mixture is very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Depending on your food processor, this may take up to 7 minutes.
With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until fully incorporated. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, then garnish with an extra drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Za’atar and red pepper flakes.
